IVR Application Reporting.

Dear All,

One of my end users has asked if I can report on the number of times a choice was made in an IVR, e.g. how many times has someone press 1 on the Main IVR.

Would this data be captured by default, or would I need to amend my IVR script to capture this info.

We are using UCCX 8.6 in this instance.

Many thanks,

Phil D

Hi Phil,As David mentioned

Hi Phil,

As David mentioned not out of the box directly, but you could do this (Logic Only):

Use the script and for each DTMF option, put a Set Enterprise Call Info Step and populate a custom variable with a particular value.

After this, you can pull the Custom Call Variable report to find out how many calls came to that particular option.
