IVR - Check line status before redirect

Hi all.

I'm using CRS 4.0(1) with CCM 4.1(3). I need to build a script to process calls from PSTN with a welcome message and then redirect them to a hunt pilot defined in the CCM.

The problem is releted to the redirect step in the IVR script. If all the phone in the hunt list are busy, the caller hears the welcome message and then, when the script try to redirect the call, the busy branch is selected. The customer want that the caller hears immediatly the busy tone if the hunt list is busy. How can I check the status of the pilot before to redirect the call ? Is there a way using the IVR ?

I believe that this cannot be done using IVR at all. Not unless you have some kind of hookup to jtapi.
