IVR doesnot work with ICM

What should I do to make IVR work with ICM?

I have CRS 3.0(3) and ICM 5.0

in ICM I put VRU's PG in configuration, but why I don't see ICM's subsystem in CRS sysbsystems configuration??

May be version mismatch?

For ICM to work with CRS is it nessesary to have ip_ivr n port.lic (license)?

Yes, the ICM subsystem is based on license files. You need to get the license files from cisco. Once you get that and load it, you should be able to see the ICM subsystem.

Thanks a lot, is it a licence I must purchase or I can get it grom cisco.com?

Alex

Purchase. When you buy the IVR, you will get a Product Authorization key, With your product authorization key, you can get the license files from

cisco website or send an email to licensing@cisco.com

Thanks a lot!

Where on site can I get license files, I can't find it...

Alex

here is the link. An email with the license files will be sent immediately

https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/PrivateRegistrationServlet

You can also request for that by sending an email to licensing@cisco.com but this way takes more time

Thanks a lot, I've upgraded licence to have ICM in CRS's subsystem.

But why I have ICM subsystem OUT_OF_SERVICE in CRS's engine?

I have CRS 3.0(3) and ICM 5.0 and I've read in "ICM compatibility matrix" document that for ICM 5.0 I should have IP IVR 3.1(x)

May be this is a reason or I do something wrong?
