IVR Port License count and usage report

Hello and thank you in advance,

We are running IPCC/UCCE with 4 IVR PG's..  We are discussing rolling VoIP with IPCC/CAD out to another location but need to get some info from our current system before we can move forward.

We are trying to determine A) How many IVR Port licenses we currently have.  B) How many IVR Ports we utilize at any given time.

We are attempting to figure out if we need more IVR ports.  We currently have 500 CAD licenses but only use about 125 so I know we are good there.

Hi,

RE A: you may want to take a look at the IP IVR web administration (a.k.a. appadmin), two things to check: the number of licensed IP IVR ports, and the number of IVR ports configured underneath a Call Control Group.

RE B: I assume you have Translation Routing set up. You can run a SQL query on the Trunk_Group_Half_Hour table, observing the values of the TrunksInService (trunks available to ICM) and TrunksIdle columns.
