IVR - Supervised Transfer to and External number.

Is it possible using IPCC Express, to setup an IVR script that transfers a call to an external number (PSTN Number) and if Voicemail answers on the remote number, take the call back and transfer the call to an alternate number?

Unfortunatly this is not possible unless I have missed something, happy to be corrected..

Chad is correct. Supervised transfer exists only in the traditional sense with busy or ring no answer failure options.

There are two options that I am aware of:

1) In the Successful branch you can add a Get Digit String step or an Explicit Confirmation to get the remote destination to confirm they wish to take the call.

2) Look at a third-party outbound dialer such as Radianta's. This is more for a campaign though so it may not work for what you need.
