Interactive voice response

It could be used in different ways

1- you can direct your callers into a specific departments they need to be routed to expert agents

2- you can use wav files only without agents. these wav files could be as advertisements [cars,real state] or payment methods [bank]

You can use uccx scripts to do that

you should have cme or cucm as a call agent
