Jtapi Client problem again UCCX 5.02(SR1) and CM 6.12

Hi All,

I'm running UCCX 5.02 with CM 6.12. I've read through the forum with regards to the above issue and most point in the direction of copying certain Java files to the winnt directory if it is not already there. The thing is, the winnt directory with the java folder is already there with the necessary jar files. So after i log in as Administrator in UCCX, it prompt me to resync the jtapi client. And right after that (after clicking "OK") i get a blank screen which means I cannot do any resync or any UCCX operations. I've attached the log file Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

It is necessary to verify the version of the JTAPI client on both the CRS Server and the Cisco CallManager are the same? If the JTAPI client(s) are different, several problems can arise.
