We have a customer with ipcc 4.5sr2 and CCM 5.1 at random the jtapi show partial service and ipcc with the default icd script won't function. The jtapi version and on ccm are equal. JTAPI has the rp en cti ports associated.
I have attached the MIVR log

Log says that you don't have configured CTI Port group and CTI route point (IPCC: trigger).

I have created CTI port group and cti route points. IPCC works fine but at random it stops and the jtapi subsystem is in partial service. It is only unstable.

Hi Sebastian,
please raise a TAC SR for similar issues, this sort of instability is usually caused by loss of heartbeat between the CRS and the CTI Manager component on the Unified Call Manager.

Riccardo
