Can anyone tell me how long agents will be down when I do a Jtapi Resync in CCX 9.1? I updated CCM to 9.1.2 (SU1) and didn`t know that I had to do the Jtapi Resync. Now when accessing CCX admin page getting error message telling me they are out of sync.
I don't think you're going to get a good answer on this, I would allocate between 15-30 minutes to be safe, in my experience less than 100 agents will take a few minutes.
Logged in at one time only have around 20 agents, at night down to 1 or 2 logged in. Probably run it at night. Currently it is not affecting any agents.
