jtapi subsystem is out of order

Hi

I finished to install UCCX 5.0(2) with CUCM 6.1.2 but the UCCX is in "Partial Service" I could not to configure any more. From the logs I saw "Jtapi substems is out of service". I tried many suggestions from Cisco documentation, but the problem is that the errors so

MIVR-SS_TEL-7-UNK: Number of CTI ports 0 (this is a new installation and I want create the CTI port from CRS)

MIVR-SS_TEL-1-SS-OUT_OF_SERVICE and Cause=1

MIVR-GENERIC-3-ModuleRunTimeFailure

these messages are different from the messagges about the documentation.

What I have to do?

Thanks for the help

Re: jtapi subsystem is out of order

You need to create JTAPI (CTI) Port Group using CRS web administration interface.

Re: jtapi subsystem is out of order

Your JTAPI service will be down without JTAPI Call Control Group. Look here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_5_0/maintenance/admin/crs501ag.pdf

Check chapter Provisioning the Unified CM Telephony Subsystem.
