JTAPI Trigger CCM Authentication failed

Hello,

we have IPCC Express version 4.0(3) and CallManager 4.1(3) (pub and Sub) which was set up a while ago. The JTAPI integration was done and several triggers added successfully which are being used quite happily.

Now when trying to add a new trigger or edit an existing one it prompts for CallManager windows credential. When you add the administrator username and password it fails with "CCM Authentication failed".

The username and password are definately correct. Nothing gets logged in the event log of either the pub or sub.

All servers are in the same work group and I can ping them all by name from each other.

Any ideas?

May be JTAPI RP was out-sync...try to sync both.
