JTAPI (Unified CM Telephony Subsystem) in partial service

Hi

Our IPCC version 5 cluster is showing the Unified CM Telephony Subsystem in partial service on the master node. I discovered that one of the routepoints was not in synch so I performed re-synch from subsystems-unified CM Telephony- data re-sync.

This got the RP back in synch across the cluster but the subsystem is still showing partial service. Should I restart the CRS engine on this node?

Thanks!

Re: JTAPI (Unified CM Telephony Subsystem) in partial service

Hi there,

partial service means simply that it is not 100% available and one call sent to a route point or CTI port or JTAPI trigger may fail, you should check the MIVR log for any hint as of the specific one causing the status, reboot might or might not do in your scenario.

Riccardo
