Knoahsoft recording not recording with cisco VPN from home.
We have an issue with our knoahsoft recording software it will not record when users takes calls from home using cisco VPN. We have knoahsoft recording version 2, cucm 8, and uccx 8, and IP communicator 7. Also calls do get record if users are wired to the network. Any suggestions what it could be?
