KPI Measuring and Monitoring Tool for Contact Centers

Dear all,

One of our customers using UCCE asked us for an  automatic tool that can monitor and measure the global contact center  KPI and availability including the following :

- ICM/IPCC

- CVP

- CallManager

Any suggestions?
