Labels and Routing Client in ICM

Hello All

I have 1 Routing Client : CUCM [Call Manager]

           2 Labels : 8888888888 , 22222

"Network target" is same for both of the above labels

           "Customer is" also same

I do not select any of these labels in Dialled number/ Script Selector list [and also Default Label is none]

But whenever I see the Call Manager originated calls to ICM Script, I see only the label "8888888888+Correlation ID" but not the 22222+Correlation ID

Can you please let me know why is it so? and it would be helpful if you can say which setting is leading to select only 8888888888 label.

Thanks

Mahesh

8888888888 must be configured

8888888888 must be configured as net vru label, so whenever a send to VRU node is executed for the CALL, the VRU label configured for that routing client is sent back to Routing client as Label+corr id.

in config manger, go to Explorer tools --> network VRU explore --> in the configured network VRU check the label for the routing client you are talking about.

Thanks

Mahesh

ideally you should have only

ideally you should have only one Network VRU label for a routing client, but if you configure 2 the first added will take the preference and will be sent.

Chintan
