We have an installation of UCCX 8.5 on a virtual platform in an unsupported CISCO configuration. We only have 100 IVR ports and enhanced licensing. Our Goal is to rebuild the UCCX server using a support CISCO hardware and configuraiton to achieve a full 300 IVR port configuration. The IVR ports appear to be limited based on the class of the machine used during the initial deployment. A primary goal is to use the correct CISCO hardware and class machine to achieve the 300 port configuration.
We can use a DRS for configuration backkup and restore, but it is assumed we need to manually rebuild Application users, Control Groups, Applications, Repositories and Triggers. This is a HA configuration with two servers. Moving to a new hardware will most likely impact licensing. We are looking for comments, recommendations and process from anyone who has acutally succesfully done this before.
