hi all!
we are licensed for 300 ivr ports. what happens if call 301 comes in? yes I do understand that this 300 limit is based on users that are in the system listening to MOH or prompts.
we also have separate cm telephony groups per application but are showing we are over our license limit when adding everything up.

Hi,
Incase of 300 Licensed IVR ports system, if none of the Agent is logged in or in Ready state than you can Queue the call till 300, after this you will get a fast Busy prompt.
Lets say you have some Agents (lets say all the 300 Agents are in Ready state to Receive calls) than first 300 callers will get connected and you can still Queue 150 callers in the queue. i.e. Callers can be equal to 1.5 * Agent count at any point of time.
