When we provide recording for Agents (QM License) and users (CR License), how do we take into account the calls that get answered:
- call answered by Jabber client
- call answered by SNR
- call answered using Extension Mobility
Do we need to buy license for every possible device a call could be answered from by a particular user? Or will one license cover all devices licensed for that user (workspace licensing)
This is a new customer setup.
