Licensing QM and CR for use with Jabber, SNR and Extension Mobility

When we provide recording for Agents (QM License) and users (CR License), how do we take into account the calls that get answered:

  • call answered by Jabber client
  • call answered by SNR
  • call answered using Extension Mobility

Do we need to buy license for every possible device a call could be answered from by a particular user?  Or will one license cover all devices licensed for that user (workspace licensing)

This is a new customer setup.
