Hi,
We need to get line number (CTI port)that the active call is using from an IP/IVR script. We have tried with contact info with no success.
Which would be the way to do it?
Thanks and best regards
Raul

Hi Raul,
long time no speak, hope things are good!
It depends when in the script you need this, if late in the call you could use the Network Trunk Group info on the ICM side and populate a variable and then use the get ICM Data.
If earlier, depending on your call flow, You can use the get session info step to get the calling id and then use the data for whatever operation you want to perform.

Hi Riccardo,
Nice to hearing from you too.
We need the CTI port number at IVR level. From the testing we have done the calling id does not match with the port number.
I think it shoukd be possible to get that info because it is available in CAD and in the phone.
Thanks for your help.
Raul
