We have deployed HIPCC 8.5 recently with CVP 8.5, configured everything end to end, now calls are landing as expected, but we have observed that one of the CICM router/logger database doesnt capture the calls details in TCD and RCD, some agent half hour, route half hour records are there.
what I would check on the Loggers is one specific setting in the ICM "Web Setup", and that is "Enable Historical/Detail Data Replication" - if that is set, you're all good, the information is on the HDS server - and this is also stated in the Schema guide.
If you don't see any information in the [instance]_hds.dbo.Termination_Call_Detail and [instance]_hds.dbo.Route_Call_Detail tables, then - well, you should check whether there are any replication issues.
Personally, I would not count on the Logger databases, they're used for caching reporting information.
