Logger Unable to Start

Receiving the following error in Event Viewer: Fail Connection to SQL Server Failed Event ID: 49155 and Event ID: 49158

The AW also cannot connect more than likely tied to the Logger not starting.

Failed Event ID: 49155

Ensure there is connectivity between the logger process, SQL Server and the domain controller. Specifically check for connectivity to Active Directory servers for login access.

Event ID: 49158

Verify DNS and WINS are correctly setup on the logger.

Check your NIC binding order, Visible first then private.

It's normaly due to domain group policy settings. Add ICM service accounts in domian group security policy in domian controller, under "log on as a service" add these accounts.
