Prior to UCCX 8, I used to integrate logging capabilities (with Apache log4j) within all my custom Java classes for troubleshooting purposes. The custom logs files were written in the same log folder used by UCCX (C:\Program Files\wfavvid\log).
As you all folks already know, the only user accessible folder in UCCX 8.x is "/opt/cisco/uccx/Customer/". So, I tried to modify one of my class and instruct it to log in this folder instead. It works, but my problem is that the log file is being hijacked by others java thread. They're poluting my log.
Anybody has any success with logging custom Java classes in UCCX 8.x ???
