Using IPCC Ent 6.0 with Webview.
I have an Issue where im using the following formula:
Login Time= Avail+Hold+wrap up+reserved+talk+not ready
Ist the formula right?
if so why im getting differences up to 10min login Time when i make the sum of all others (avail+hold...etc)
