Long Delay When Using Phone Agent Login

I recently upgraded a customers CRS / IPCC server to 3.(5)4. Now the agents are complaining that when the choose agent login on their IP phone there is a very long delay and the phone says "Requesting". After about a minute or so they are able to login as normal.

I always enabled Call monitoring and SPANed the traffic to the second NIC. I figured that this extra traffic to the server may be causing this delay but it still seems extremely long. The URLs that are programmed for the phone to use are all IP not domain names so I know it's not related to DNS lookup.

Any help would be great!

When you upgraded to 3.5(4) did you check to make sure the speed/duplex of the NIC did not change?

Make sure the server and switch ports match (auto, 100/full, 1000/full)

Duplex settings are the same and hardcoded to full 1000. Still having the problem.
