I've installed some IP Phone Agents with IPCCX 4.0(4) (Package Enhanced). Unfortunately, the customer doesn't like the new look and feel at the phone. In particular he is missing his standard softkeys to accept and transfer the incoming calls. These softkeys where immediately available to the agent with IPCCX 3.5. With IPCCX 4.0 the agent gets presented some CSQ statistics, which are useless in my customer's environment due to the fact, that he doesn't use queues.
Is there any way for me to switch back to the old look and feel of the IP Phone Agent?
