MACROS WITH UCCX

There is a requirements that the CAD agent upon receiving a call is required to pass certain information to HP SM7 client. I'm trying to achieve this using macros, appreciate if someone can share his experience in working with macros in UCCX 7

I just did some work on a UCCE project with CAD.  If you want to use a macro the best thing to do is to do a dry run of the steps you want to record using only the keyboard.  Things like ALT TAB, arrow down, CNTRL C, etc.  If you can achieve what you're trying to do using only the keyboard, then you should be able to get a macro working.  You will have to play around with it though, until you get it right.

Can help me. I have a requirement to populate some Data into CAD. I can do basic scripting but this is something which has come up. Also, customer has UCCX-8.5 with Enhanced licence.
