Manually closing a queue IPCC express

I have a customer that wants the ability to open/close a queue with a soft key on the phone. Anyone know of a way to do this?

You couldn't do this with a softkey easily, but could add a Speed Dial to the phones which will call an IVR script that modifies a variable that closes the call center.
