Manually removing Cisco Desktop Agent

Hi can any one send me the link for manually removing cisco agent desktop i know there is one because i had a copy but i have misplaced it. On one pc the control panel removal for the agent failed and i need the manual process. thanks.

Thanks, but i'm trying to remove version 4.5.5.20 does that make a difference

To my initial question I got a removal document for v6.1 but that seems to do fine although there is one that was for the 3.5.x.y versions. So see that attachment for that document on the reply to the first post.
