Maximum agents per queue

We have 20 agent licences but would like to make sure that a particular queue does not exceed 2 logins at any time.

Can this be configured?

Is this enterprise? how are the agents loggin in?

In enterprise agent belongs to skill groups so you can assign primary and secondry group or queue.

I'd be curious if you can and curious why as well.

one alternative is you just have only 2 agents for each skill or in IPCC 2 agents per CSQ.

Enterprise version.Agents log in via the phone.

One department has bought 2 licences but want to be able to login using approx 5 phones. If they login 5 times they will take use licences that are meant for another department.

I want to restrict them so at most they have 2 concurrent logins.

Given your scenario not sure if you can limit that. I do not know and curious if accounts team at cisco can suggest some thing. I will keep an eye for you.
