I am aware that cisco offers IBM, dell hardware for UCM and UCCX; i am unable to understand what
MCS-7816-I3-CCX1 does this L3 or H3 refers to, how the both are differentiated as hardware seems same to me. Is one is IBM based and other DELL???

The H models are for HP, and the I models are for IBM.
Cisco does not currently offer Dell, although I've heard rumors they may in the future.
