Temp1 is the CSQ name, agent2 is the userid. Queue time is the elapsed time between the time a call entered the Contact Service Queue (CSQ) and the time that the call was answered by an agent or disconnected

what device stands for ?

Device is the Directory Number of CTI Route Point, CSQ ID of CSQ and Agent Extension respectively.
