i installed and configured the CRM Connector for MS integation for UCCE 7.5. The CRM schema has been extenend with the Cisco Contact Center functions. But the Fields for AgentID and Password in the UserTab are greyed out (Admin Only section) - but i only have one user who is the CRM Admin in my deployment.
i resolved the issue. The problem was related to to mapping of roles in MS CRM and Connector. You have to have a Role called "System Administrator" in place (for example in english CRM) - but it is possible to copy that paticular role from othe lamnguage.
