Hi all, hope everyone is well !!!
I've got a MS Lync 2013 solution in place and am looking for a Contact Center solution to integrate with Lync. Does anyone know if Cisco UCCE can be integrated with Lync 2013 ? or know of any Contact Center solution that works with Lync 2013 ? Any information or document on this is much appreciated.

Hi Danny - Do u have CUPS in your environment.
It's possible in UCCX to integrate CUPS with which get the status of Lync user, Not user in UCCE ?
If you have CUPS you can intgrate your cucm with CUPS where you can configure CUPS to get the status of Lync user.

No Cisco contact center integrates with Lync, this should help:

I hear Clarity is the preferred vendor for many integrators, Aspect is a known traditional vendor, but from my understanding not cheap.
