Missing jserver.properties file error from cms_jserver service.

Can someone point to a concise explanation of what purpose this file serves and if/how to recreate a valid file when it is missing?

1. Is the cms_jserver link status show "UP" for CEM and CCS?

2. Verify for the CEM and CCS/CMB status show as "Active"

3. CMB uses ARM to relay reporting management from Agent PG to CMB and to

CCS, so verify if CMB is configured properly. If not, restart CMB (reboot)
