Modify the default Auto Attendant script

Operator extension is 9

So, I would like to modify the AA script

?Answers a call

?Plays a user-configurable welcome prompt

?Plays a main menu prompt that asks the caller to perform one of two actions:

?Press 1 to enter an extension number.

?Press 9 for the operator.

Hi,

If you have CRS script Editor you can do that, modifying the aa.aef. After that, change the old aa.aef file, replace it for the one that you have changed and restart the CRS engine.
