I'm trying to modify Resource Names (Agent Names) in Finesse (UCCX 11.5). I've updated the First and Last name fields in CUCM (10.5), CM Admin > User Management > End User. The Resource Name field in CCX Admin or Agent Name field in Finesse hasn't updated. Is there some kind of sync action I need to take to update the fields in UCCX?
Please try restarting Manual Synchronization of Directory Services in CCX Desktop Admin. If that doesn't work, go ahead and restart the Cisco Desktop Sync Service and then try the manual sync.
