I need to modify my holiday schedule today for a call center that is closing early. I tried this last week by adding a day into the holiday.xml file my IVR script is looking at and it did not take effect. Do I need to refresh the IVR script or something for my change to take effect?
Right, I got that part. I'm wondering if there is something else that needs to be done though for my changes to take effect. Probably figure this out too late in the day but would be nice to know for next time.
