I have disabled the TONE ON HOLD parameter in CM but still get TONE ON HOLD beeps while mobile agent is in nailed up state. My LCP cti port have MOH enabled my RCP ports do not. I need to either play MOH or disable beeps while agent is in nailed up state waiting for a call.
