MOH for Mobile Agent while nailed up

I have disabled the TONE ON HOLD parameter in CM but still get TONE ON HOLD beeps while mobile agent is in nailed up state. My LCP cti port have MOH enabled my RCP ports do not. I need to either play MOH or disable beeps while agent is in nailed up state waiting for a call.

Never mind. Disabling the TONE ON HOLD parameter does work. The TONES I'm receiving are coming from another CM cluster via an intercluster trunk.
