MOH not working

I'm having a problem getting my MOH to work on a new CCM 5.1 install. I've uploaded the .wav files and I can see them on the MOH server (CCM). They are in a MOHprep directory. I've added the MOH server to the MOH group and to the Group List and made sure it was in the device pool. I've reset all the devices but still can't get it to work. Am I just missing a step or is there a larger step outside of the MRGLs that I'm missing? Thanks

I figured it out. I did not have the service activated for streaming media.
