How can I set-up IPCC and/or CCM to have monitored extensions like you would in CallManager Express? I have users in a call center w/7960 phones with expansion packs. I tried to set-up the expansion packs to monitor other users extensions, but this never really worked. I just want the call center staff to be able to see weather a user is on or off hook.
There is no exact equivalent to the "monitor" feature in CME in CallManager. The closest thing you can do is just have share lines and you can see based on the icon next to the extension on the phone if they are on hook or not.
