Monitoring System for IPCC Express 3.5

Hi fellas

I was wondering if anybody out there has succesfully deployed a Management System for IPCC Express 3.5. I customer has had a couple of down times (due to the O.S. by the way) and now wants to proactivelty be notified of any future failure..

I found that cisco has Cisco Unified Operations Manager 1.1, but it doesn't mention whether it works with IPCCx 3.5 or not. Besides, maybe in the market there are other solutions that have proved to be more cost-effective while still meeting manageability requirements.

Please your thoughts..

Kindest Regards, JB

Re: Monitoring System for IPCC Express 3.5

The VoIP Monitor Server enables the silent monitoring and recording features in Cisco Agent Desktop. It accomplishes this by sniffing network traffic to and from select IP phones, voice gateways, and/or the Cisco CallManager.

Re: Monitoring System for IPCC Express 3.5

If just monitoring application up and down, enabling SNMP trap will do. If need more advanced features, NetIQ is recommended by Cisco, we still don't have chance to implment it.
