Multiple agent login on same IP phone

I have a 4 server IPCC 4.0(5) express enhanced cluster with HA at a site with a subscriber CCM at the same site the publisher is at a different site I have some questions regarding this setup:

1) we want to have shifts for that callcenter so multiple agents can login on the same IP phone but customer is upset that he has to login using EM and then login using CAD. is there any solution to that??

2) we have windows vista installed on the PCs. what version of CAD is compatable with windows vista?

1) Using EM is your only solution with IPCCX

2) CAD 7.2 supports Vista

Chris,

It says in the release notes that CAD 7.2 supports IPCC Enterprise & Hosted Edition but it doesn't mention IPCC Express.

Sorry, you did say you are running UCCX not UCCE.

With UCCX the CAD version is 6.4 which does not support Vista

I sugest you reach out to Cisco Account Team to find out when it will be supported with UCCX.
