Multiple line appearances on an agents phone

I have a CCX 7.0 deployment where the agents have multiple line appearances on their phones.  The primary line is configured as the IPCCX primary extension.  The other lines are used for both outbound and inbound DDI calls for various reasons.  Is there a way to make the agent state automatically go ready/not ready when these lines are used (like the primary line does)?

Hi

No - not on current versions, or on v8.

The usual reasons you would implement a second personal line are to avoid the sort of thing that you are trying to set up here - I believe v8.0 monitors all lines (up to 4) on the phone (for historical reports etc) but doesn't display line state in CAD, or base agent availability on non-IPCC lines.

This will be available in UCCE v8.0, but not in UCCX, sorry.
