Music on Hold while calling is being delivered to the agent

Hello all,

I have a simple call center setup for a customer and when the call is being transferred from the Queue to the agent they want to hear specific music.

I have set the music on hold for all of the CTI ports (control group) to be that music.  However when the calls is sent to the agent we hear their system default music and not the MOH we selected.

I look in UCCX and call manager and the ports show the correct MOH

Am I missing something?  anything i can reset to get it working?

I have verified that the file is on the server via the command line

file list activelog mohprep

I have put that music on hold file on all the agent phones.

I know the file works as I can place it on my phone and hear it just fine when putting someone on hold.

I got it to work.  I had to completely delete the Call Control group in UCCX (CTI Ports) then recreate them with the new MOH
