Hi there, is there a way to steer a MWI on a phone in the VoIP-Network, like Unity does? If possible right out of a script. I could imagine by writing my own Java-bean... Does somebody come across with such a customer requirement??
I suppose you could accomplish this by dialing the MWI ON DN from a script that masks the calling number to the phone's DN. Not sure how to actually mask the CTI port from within the script though, just a suggestion.
Yes this is exactly what I tried to do, but honestly didn't find any way to define a calling party in CRS dial-out. Unity is doing this. I will have a look into the Java SDK, maybe I could find some way there to do this. My problen is just, that I don't have anybody near with some Java programming experience. Regards Patrick
