Need help in Scripting

Hi,

I am having a IPCC Express running in my system. I am having a system which " Welcome to XX company" and ask for option for variuos departments.

I have option 4 for "Dial by extension", but when pressing it is asking for extension, but when pressing any extension it is going to the operator DN.

I am attaching the script. Please check if there is any mistake in the script.

Let me know which version of IPCC ur using and i can't open the script u have attached

Have you tried running a debug on the script to see which step you are failing on? Both the 'Invalid' and 'Unsuccessful' legs will roll to the operator, so maybe knowing which one is being triggered can help trace down the problem.

this is very easy to trouble shoot. while attached to the server open editor with right login and then go to edit type your script office.aef exactly and then run the call flow.

Script should pop up step through you will know what is going on.

For others to open this file we need exact version of editor 3.x, 4.x etc unfortunately Cisco does not allow newer version to be opened in older editor.
