We have IPCC Express 4.0.4 sr1 and it is working fine. We have a new requirement to integrate with database created a system DSN and created database with table and also used DBGET,DBREAD,DBWRITE and DBRELEASE but facing some problem writing it into database. Basically the requirement is there will be unique ID and the caller will key in the unique ID (Example Card number) and the database will check for the card number and authenticate and the call will land to the agent. The database has to write the following information once the call is answered and completed (Clid, Card number, Agent ID) We have already opened a TAC Case and the TAC has communicated they wont help on scripting. Please let me know if any of them can help with sample script for the above call flow.
