Need to a Get Reporting Statis to a script.

Hello, I'm new at this. I would like to do the recording and have the system say what number the caller is in queue. Can someone give me example of a script? or give me some pointers.

Destiny,

You can do this in 3 step process:

Get reporting stat - put this in a variable

create generated prompt ordinal

create container prompt with your desired prompt

play the promt.
