Need to fetch the report on IVR prompts

Hi,

I need to build a CUIC report by which the business can get the detail on how many times a particular prompt or wavefile is played in CVP.  I was not able to find any such info from the ICM  database schema, can anyone let me know which table contains such information or is there anyother way this can be fetched ?

This data is not available in ICM. If you have CVP Reporting Server, you can potentially get the data there.

Outside of that, you could potentially store details in persistent ECC variables, and build custom reports in CUIC on the recorded data.

Thanks Jameson, will try both these options.  Was able to download a CVP reporting database schema document hope to find some table with the data.

Your best bet is the CVP

Your best bet is the CVP reporting path, trying to get enough details via ICM will lead to frustration. The other method could be use build a custom element which reports out to a 3rd party DB.
